You will get an automatic confirmation via email that confirms that we have received your registration (subject starting with "[ASHPC] Registration", please check your Spam/Junk folders). Your registration will be forwarded to the hotel.
Booking requests are binding and cancelation fees might apply.
Modification / Cancelation:
You can update your registration data or withdraw your registration via the link "Manage my registration" at the bottom of this automatic confirmation email. Until 18 April cancellation is free of charge.

Extra: 2,5 €/person/night TAX and 3 € registration fee
