Regular REGISTRATION DEADLINE with guaranteed rooms in the hotel is 8 March 2024.
Confirmation:
You will get an automatic confirmation via email that confirms that we have received your registration (subject starting with "[ASHPC] Registration", please check your Spam/Junk folders). Your registration will be forwarded to the hotel which will confirm your reservation after the regular registration deadline (8 March 2024).
Booking requests are binding and cancelation fees might apply.
Modification / Cancelation:
You can update your registration data or withdraw your registration via the link "Manage my registration" at the bottom of your automatic confirmation email.
After 10 May 2024, the following cancelation fees of the hotel will apply:
until 10 May 2024 – 0% (cancelation free of charge)
11 May 2024 until 3 June 2024 – 50% cancelation fee
from 4 June 2024 – 90% cancelation fee
